"BITTERS" is a power trio of music improvisation and live music mixology, featuring Jason L. Edwards "JROC"on percussion and vocals, BJ Edwards on Bass and Vocals, and Loren Middleton "Lojazz" on guitar and vocals. They are a young group, but individually have an extensive music back ground, playing both the local Chicago Scene and performing with worldwide artist like Lionel Richie, Trombone Shorty, Terrance Simien, and The Isley Brothers...They have a standing" Bitters Sunday" at the Friendly Tap monthly.

Loren Middleton is an independent artists, composer, publisher, and broacaster of original and eclectic music. Through his experience with rock, blues, r and b, funk and jazz, Loren has emerged as one of the most versatile and eletrifying guitarist.
